My experience at WillowTree has involved collaborating with a diverse range of global clients, including MasterCard, Synchrony, and TELUS International.

In this role, I’ve worked closely with product owners and developers to ship world-class design and accessible user experiences for web and mobile, collaborated with research and content teams to identify user pain points and improve user flows, facilitated workshops with stakeholders to gain alignment in design direction, and I’ve built design systems that accelerate product teams.

Prior to WillowTree Apps, I worked for Indiana Tech, a comprehensive, private, not-for-profit university, leading the design effort to re-imagine and realign their website comprised of over 30 micro-sites to the institution’s new goals of retaining current students, attracting prospective students and supporting faculty.
